A New Idea

Em emailed me with the idea of looking at dates in December & January. It's awhile away but perhaps that's what we need for 7 people to co-ordinate dates.

Going on the Saturday theme again, these are the possible dates -
* December 2nd
* December 9th
* December 16th
* January 6th
* January 13th
* January 20th
* January 27th

I skipped December 23rd & 30th as I'm pretty sure the majority of us will be busy enough on those dates without trying to get to a lunch as well. Again, let me know what dates you're available and I'll see if they match up.

If a date can't be found this way, I guess we will have to have two lunches, although I'm really not sure there'd be much point in lunch #2.

We Have A Draw

There is currently a draw between dinner on the 11th (Ali & Meri-Anne can't make it) and lunch on the 18th (Em and I can't make it). Lunch or dinner on the 25th is coming 2nd (Bugsy, Mari & Meri-Anne can't make it).

So it sounds like we're looking at a Saturday lunch in November.

How does *Saturday, November 18th at 1pm* sound?

Is there anyone who couldn't make it then? Meri-Anne, could you make it then?

Also, is there anyone else who would like to come? Anyone else you'd like to meet?

I'm sure there are more Melbourne girls out there.

When Should It Be?

A few questions for everyone -

It sounds like weekends are the best idea - is there anyone who couldn't make it on a weekend?

Are Saturday's or Sunday's easier?

Mornings, afternoons or evenings?

Can you suggest 3 days you'd be available?

A Melbourne Meet Up

There has been much discussion lately about a Melbourne meet-up and to faciliate this a blog has been born so everyone can keep track of what's happening and we can talk about it together instead of bouncing emails all over the place.

Now there are three things we need to sort out -

1. Who wants to come?

2. When do we want to meet?

3. Where do we want to meet?


Anything else you can think of? Any ideas?
