Last week I was at Forest hill and there were a bunch of ladies wandering around trying to find the pancake parlour, so just in case you haven't been there before, just find the food court and either go up the glass lift or the excalators as far as you can go towards the picture theatre. Right up on the third level is the pancake parlour - you can't miss it.
